Dish 1: Pork salad mixed with salt
300g Figs (Sour Salt)
3 tbsp Garlic
2 red chillies
3 Tablespoons white sugar
1 Tbsp fish sauce
2 Tbsp Water
Step 1: Buy the meat, wash it, and season with salt to get rid of the smell, then boil in a pot. While waiting for the meat to boil, cut the figs into thin pieces and place them on a deep plate.
Step 2: Roasted peanuts, squeeze the shells, and pound them. Crushed garlic, minced, chopped chili, finely chopped coriander.
Step 3: Cut the meat into small pieces, then put them in a bowl. Mix some salad dressing including 2 tablespoons of rice and sugar, 1 tablespoon of rice with fish sauce, juice of 1/2 lemon with garlic and chili, 2 tablespoons of boiled rice and cooled, dissolve, and then pour into a bowl of meat, stir well. Leave for 15-20 minutes to infuse the flavors.
Step 4: Put 1 tablespoon of sugar rice on a plate, stir well, leave for about 15 minutes to infuse. Mix figs and coriander in a bowl of meat, let it soak for about 5 minutes, then put on a plate sprinkled with roasted peanuts on top and enjoy.
