Ingredients: Rice, water, vegetable oil

– 1/2 onion
– Green onions, coriander
– Seasoning just eaten.

Sour Pho is a specialty of Lang Son, but thanks to its attractive taste, this dish has crossed the border of Lang Son and is available in many restaurants across the country. A proper bowl of sour pho will include pho noodles, pork char siu, chopped raw vegetables, peanuts, fried sweet potatoes and finally a little special sour sauce.
